Tides is a 2-ply yarn, mixed by 70% Pure New Wool and 30% Silk.
A wonderful combination where the Silk appears as small dots a the tweed in the Pure New Wool, creating a beautiful and very soft yarn.
Tides is available in 50 g cake balls
Approximately 575 meters/627 yards per 100 gram/3.5 oz
Knit with one thread at needles 3-3.5 mm/US 2.5-4 (Approx. 25 stitches = 10 cm/4 inches).
Knit with two threads at needles 4-4.5mm/US 6-7 (Approx. 16 stitches = 10 cm/4 inches).
You can use a washing machine - on a cold delicate wool program.
Note: The yarn contains a little spinning oil. The oil will disappear at the first wash - and the yarn will become extremely soft.
