Fabrics & Haberdashery Purchases

We aim to post within two working days of purchase using the Royal Mail second class postage. Where there are delays in the postal system, this might result in your delivery being a bit later than you might have hoped for. We are sad about this too but please bear with us. We are nice people and don’t enjoy getting emails in all capitals. Do you need your fabric faster? Just contact us and ask if you can get an upgrade for a small extra fee. Made a mistake? Contact us via email at info@craftybaba.co.uk and we will do our best to rectify it for you.

Class Booking Conditions

All class bookings are accepted in accordance with the following conditions.

 1. Once confirmed in writing, the following cancellation terms will apply

  • More than 28 days prior to the start date - a 90% refund will be given

  • 28-14 days - a 75% refund will be given

  • 14 days - 72 hours - a 25% refund will be given

  • Less than 72 hours - a 5% refund will be given.

All cancellations must be given in writing to zoe@craftybaba.co.uk. 

 2. A booking may be transferred at any time to another person if done so in writing to info@craftybaba.co.uk.

 3. Regrettably we cannot transfer you over to another class at another time less than 28 days prior to the start date.

4. If we are unable to run a class, we will contact you to offer a full refund or a transfer to another class.

 Why do we work this way? We are a small, family run company, employing wonderful local , talented teachers. When we have enough people to run a class, we commit to booking a tutor and they then book their time/childcare and commitments around that. We also promise to pay them. If we don't, they won't come back to us and that would be sad. So it's important we can honour our commitment to our teachers by upholding our booking conditions.
